At Stoney Creek Pet Lodge, your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. A trained staff member lives on-site for added security and peace of mind, and our team is experienced in pet care, socialization, and behavior.
We offer spacious play areas, cozy kuranda bedding, toys, treats, and plenty of TLC to keep your pet happy and comfortable. Our dog boarding features four suite styles for pets of all sizes, each with solid walls and doors for quiet relaxation after a fun-filled day.
Our cat boarding includes two room sizes and individual playtime in a cozy cat play area with plenty of enrichment and loving attention.
All stays include playtime, pool time, and lots of snuggles. Available by request, we welcome you to stop by for a tour and see why pets love staying with us! Optional add-on services, such as paws to phone home and go home baths, are available.
Boarding Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your pet’s boarding reservation, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled arrival date. Clients who do not cancel within this timeframe, fail to show up, or do not notify us at all will be charged either the full amount of the reservation or two nights of boarding per pet, whichever is applicable.
Holiday Cancellation Policy
Boarding reservations that include the week of a holiday require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for cancellation. Clients who cancel within this window, fail to notify us, or shorten their stay will be charged the full amount of the boarding reservation for each pet.

Yes — every new dog requires a daycare evaluation before their first boarding stay. It's how we confirm your pup is a good fit for our environment and our staff. Evaluations last about a full day of daycare. By request, we can also accomadate a tour of our facility.
Every suite has solid walls and doors — not chain-link — so reactive or anxious dogs can rest without constantly seeing and reacting to other dogs. If your pup prefers solo play time instead of group, we accommodate that too. Let us know at the evaluation.
Absolutely — in fact, we encourage it. Familiar food prevents stomach upset, and a blanket or toy from home helps your pup settle in faster. We provide Kuranda cots in every suite, and we'll add your bedding on top.
Yes, our staff handles oral meds, topical treatments, pill pockets, and special diet requirements. For complex medical needs, we coordinate directly with Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital on the same lot.
Regular boarding: 7 days cancellation notice prior to your arrival. Holiday boarding (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.) requires a 2-week cancellation notice — cancellations inside that window are charged the full stay amount per pet. This also applies to shortening a stay.
Drop-off and pickup: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Sunday pickups after 4:00 PM and Monday–Saturday pickups after noon incur a $34 / pet late fee. Plan accordingly to keep the stay all-inclusive.
