Daycare

Please CALL prior to closing the day before your daycare reservation. If unable to give necessary notice, a $10 fee will be charged.

Boarding

We require a 7-day cancellation notice prior to date of arrival. Clients that do not call within required timeframe to cancel and do not show up to their reservation will be charged the cost of their stay or the maximum cost of 2 nights.

Rehabilitation and Acupuncture

We are now requiring at least 24 hours of advance notice for the cancellation of all rehab/underwater treadmill/acupuncture appointments. Failure to do so will result in the charge of a $15 fee.

As summer, holiday weekends, and our busy season approaches, there will be times when we may need to establish a waiting list for our services. Your cooperation with this new cancellation policy could give another furry friend on the waitlist a chance to play! Thank you so much for understanding!
